The hotel is clean and affordable, offering well-appointed and brand-new rooms. The staff was responsive and accommodating. The location was convenient, with easy access to grassy areas for dogs. Additionally, there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from, like Waffle House just a 20-minute walk away.

I appreciated quiet and big size room in this hotel.

The location was particularly good and great, for example, L b City was not too far from the hotel. The area was calm close to shopping area as well as the Temple.

The pool was not heated that well and the room I requested on a higher floor I did not get.

Great hotel conveniently located near a variety of shops, restaurants, and eateries with a tasty breakfast including eggs and hot waffles.

The room was clean and very roomy...I like that there was a kitchenette for us to use.

We didn't like it when we went to get breakfast they ran out of the fruits and granola bars...plus I was expecting eggs and waffles but there was none...I also was expecting more than coffee and coconut my kids were looking for orange juice...Maybe there should be orange juice or any kind of juice for the kids not just coffee

The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and there was something for everyone in my family to chose from. Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in, in a while.

The only downside, the website we booked from said heated pool and all season pool but this pool was freezing! That was the only disappointment.

More towels need to be in the pool area .. BUT I traveled with 3 young kids 10,8 and 4 we was in the pool all the towels was gone so I sent my 10 year old to the front desk to ask for towels not wanting to leave my other 2 unattended to in the pool they was cold . The last on night shift on 4/2/2016 was very rude to my son told him oh my god with a attitude that we don't have any towels didn't give us any other kind of towels so we had to walk to room wet and cold. But there was someine that worked at this hotel (he handled the breakfast that's why i know thia) was at the pool with there 2 kids and they went and got towels from front desk right before us! If you don't like to deal with the public you shouldn't work at front desk but the young lady on day shift was great!!!

Was the best base for christmas. Had quite comfortable stay with a long road trip ahead. Good and marvellous location very close to stores and restaurants and retail stores and Fort Jackson, I felt safe. Local fast food option Chick-fil-A was 5 minutes walk away.

The staff here was super helpful and attentive, and we had a great stay in a clean room with convenient access to grassy spots for our dogs and amenities like a microwave and fridge.

Bed was comfy and room was very nice. Breakfast selections were ok. Eggs were luke warm at best. Would have liked honey for my tea. Also bagel selection was limited to one kind with poppy seeds, peach tea was very good and sausage or ham selection was great. Also liked the different waffle selection even though we did not have them.

No real room to walk dog. Grassy areas were full of dog doo! Should be signs telling people to pick up after their pets.

Some of the furnishings were newer, staff was very helpful.

NOT PET FRIENDLY! Surprise additional $25 fee for dog, not listed anywhere on their web site. Feeling ripped off.

A Great Spot to Stay

This place was situated nicely, nestled among the trees at the back. It was also conveniently close to a shopping area, a temple, and some nice green spaces. My room, a king bed, was cozy and the bathroom was clean with a relaxing bathtub 🛁.

everything was neat and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful if a problem arose. upon our arrival the second shift desk attendant was very friendly and concerned since we were late in arriving. I believe her name was Kimberly, she actually made our stay very memorable. She needs to be highly commended for her duties and friendliness. I would definitely stay there again or recommend to others that would be staying in that area to stay at Comfort Inn and Suites Ft. Jackson, maingate.

The bed and the pillows were so soft and firm...it was a last minute trip and we enjoyed it very much
